Architectural Control Committee

The primary function of the committee is to enforce the Protective Covenants for Hunters Ridge. These covenants are a recorded document that will run with the land until the year 2020. Their purpose is, as the title indicates, to protect our neighborhood and properties so that the beauty and value are preserved. If you wish to make a change to the exterior of your home, add a building to your property, or Xeriscape or Zeroscape your front yard it is important that you ask the committee to review and approve your plan.
